Tracy Brezee has been with BCI Syracuse Division for 23 years and leads the customer service team as a seasoned Customer Service Manager. She’s a master of problem-solving and is proactive in her approach, setting the standard for good communication and excellent customer service. She oversees the customers’ needs and actively works with clients to ensure their experience is as seamless as possible.
