Adam Williams is the Area Vice President of the West at BCI. He’s responsible for managing P&L over the Central Region which includes the Cedar Falls, Houston, Indianapolis, Sioux Falls and Wooster Divisions. With his experience in operational management and industry-specific equipment knowledge, he has brought a collective approach to problem-solving and strategic planning.

Having led the Houston team to record profits in 2021 and 2022, Adam has established himself as an integral part of the organization’s success. Under his leadership, he not only created operational leadership meetings to train all interested associates on leadership skills and the basics of P&L, but he designed a safety roller conveyor platform. He also achieved a remarkable feat by leading a safety culture with zero LTAs and zero recordables for three years consecutively.
