For years, Twang relied on a four-part off-shelf display that required in-house assembly and extensive storage. Customers complained about difficult assembly and instability. Although the design remained unchanged for over eight years, multiple versions were needed to meet supplier requirements, consuming excessive warehouse space. A universal display was needed but proved challenging to achieve.
Twang struggled to find a suitable shipper design until BCI reintroduced its capabilities. After establishing core requirements, BCI delivered a prototype that met all demands — universal use, easy assembly, stability, and quality printing. With minor tweaks, this final design revived Twang’s floor display plans.
Twang’s updated floor display immediately drew interest. Circle K, a major account, ordered 436 units of the new design. The sales team anticipates strong success with this display across various retailers.
