Position Summary:
The RDT Coordinator works closely with BCI Division leadership to assess staffing needs and coordinate the recruitment, onboarding, development, training and retention of BCI associates at all levels. This entails recruiting and making recommendations on new hires, coordinating the new hire process, proper training and onboarding of new hires and working closely with each new hire during their probationary period to prepare them for a successful and lasting career at BCI.
